Q: Are you going back to Japan after seminary?
We don’t know. We have made a commitment to go to Asia after seminary. Right now we are headed towards central Asia to help start a MTW team where there isn’t one. One of Eric’s best friends, Jon, is in Asia with MTW at the moment, and we are praying about joining him after seminary. While we are moving in that direction, we want to use these years during seminary to pray about this and ask for your prayers for us as well regarding a specific call to Asia.
Q: Are you still missionaries with MTW while in seminary?
Yes, we are still missionaries and need 100% support while in seminary. We get our housing, insurance, and salary through our support account with MTW. MTW has given us a role of recruiting part-time while in seminary, along with being a full-time student.
