   Well, I dunno, that looked more like a fall-over than a roll-over. The question is did she break 180 degrees? The instant replay seems to indicate that while her body reached 180, her head did not. Therefore I would rule it a fall-over, and not a roll-over. No penalty, but she gets the down over to try again! Great work with the video. We thoroughly enjoy watching her grow up.
